If you don’t already know…
If you’ve come this far, you are probably seeking a QHHT session and already have a basic understanding of what it may be like.
The word Hypnosis may be scary. I like to describe it as a guided meditation. One in which you and your Higher Self are having a conversation with me throughout the mediation portion of it.
Our goal during the session is to get you to a relaxed state of being.
The same place you are right before you are fully awake in the morning, and right before you are fully asleep at night.
In this space you will be able to access and perceive information from a neutral viewpoint.
The insights gathered during this time reveal common themes or patterns in your current life.
